Institute For Creative Dying is the solo project of Portland-based guitarist/composer Paul Michael Schaefer (Yardsss ∅∀‡; Abronia; Dead Death; Waver Clamor Bellow). His transportive audio-environments merge experimental guitar techniques, hammered dulcimer, incidental percussion, and electronics.
